1. Partnership - Consulting and Software: Consulting firm Forvis Mazars and software supplier EcoOnline have partnered to assist Singapore customers with their sustainability strategies.

2. Partnership - IT Services and Chips: Broadcom and NTT plan to co-develop optical semiconductor devices that cut data center power use by up to 50%, NHK reported. Related: NTT Data sustainability strategy and partner implications.

3. Partnership - Data Centers and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS):  Honeywell and LS Electric are partnering to develop and market BESS hardware and software solutions for data centers. The relationship involves Honeywell Forge-based electrical power monitoring systems, plus LS Electric's expertise and software capabilities, the companies said.

5. Partnership: 123Carbon and ZERO44 are partnering to assist shipowners, operators and charterers with their carbon management and reduction strategy.

6. Nuclear Power Hype: Oklo’s shares have surged more than 1,000% in the past year, while NuScale Power’s have tripled in value -- but nuclear company valuations are "running ahead of reality," a Bloomberg report warned. Related: Nuclear power developments for data centers.

1. M&A - ESG Software: Novata has acquired Atlas Metrics, a sustainability performance and reporting platform provider based in Berlin, Germany. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Atlas Metrics, founded in 2021, raised €12.2 million in Series A funding in September 2024.  

2. AI Funding: xAI, backed by Elon Musk is raising about $20 billion in its latest funding round. Key investors include Nvidia.
