2. E-Waste Market Growth Forecast: The global e-waste management market will reach $244.56 billion by 2032, up from $57.81 billion in 2022, according to Allied Market Research (AMR). That's a 15.7% compound annual growth rate (CAGR), AMR said.
3. Partnership - EV Charging Network: Blink Charging is partnering with Stable Auto to optimize Blink’s charging network and contributions to EV infrastructure, the two companies said.
4. Solar Energy - CEO Transition: Maxeon Solar Technologies has named George Guo to succeed Bill Mulligan as CEO. Maxeon in September 2024 reported weak Q2 revenues, and predicted Q3 revenues will "decline significantly" from Q2 due to "intense competitive pressures, subdued distributed generation market demand, project delays and order cancellations... and an unpredictable policy environment," SeekingAlpha reported. The solar energy company had job cuts in 2023.

1. Investment - Nuclear Energy: Amazon Climate Pledge Fund has invested in nuclear startup X-energy, a developer of small modular reactors.
2. M&A - Data Center Technology: Schneider Electric has acquired Motivair, a provider of liquid cooling and advanced thermal management solutions for data centers and high performance computing (HPC) systems. Motivair, founded in 1998, is based in Buffalo, New York. The company has roughly 150 employees.
3. M&A - Networking: The Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) acquisition of Juniper Networks is nearly finalized, according to HPE CEO Antonio Neri.
