4. Partnership - Supply Chain Management Software: Shippeo's supply chain transportation software is now available for online purchase on the SAP Store.
5. Executive Leadership - Financial Services: Standard Chartered has named Roger Charles as head of sustainability initiatives coverage for its Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) team.
6. Tesla Strategy: Tesla has published its fourth “Master Plan,” and at a high level it is about how the company wants to lead the charge into planet-wide adoption of humanoid robots and sustainable energy, TechCrunch reported -- though the media outlet said the plan "reads like LLM-generated nonsense." 1. M&A - Software: One Click LCA, backed by PSG Equity and Infravia, has acquired PRé Sustainability -- developer of SimaPro software. The combined platform will "provide the tools, data, and services to deliver actionable carbon insights, enable compliance, and drive sustainable growth across all industries — at planetary scale," the companies said. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
2. M&A - Waste Management and Recycling: Valicor Environmental Services, backed by Pritzker Private Capital, has acquired ECO-FIRST, a provider of environmental and waste management services in West Virginia. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
3. Climate Tech Startup Funding: More than a dozen venture capital firms and private equity organizations -- including Khosla Ventures, Breakthrough Energy Ventures (backed by Bill Gates) and DCVC -- have launched All Aboard Coalition, Bloomberg reported. The coalition is raising a $300 million fund to invest in climate tech startups, the report said.
4. Investment - Systems Integrator and Climate Tech: Electronics system integrator SINBON Electronics has invested in climate tech company Swobbee. Financial terms, financial figures and valuation information for the minority investment were not disclosed.
5. Financial Services - Strained Relationship: Dutch fund PFZW has reduced its BlackRock ties over clash on sustainability, Reuters reported.

European Union - CSRD Compliance Research: Nearly 75% of companies surveyed said that their plans to comply with the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive remain unchanged despite pending revisions to simplify and reduce mandatory disclosures, a KPMG survey found, according to Bloomberg.
2. European Union - Compliance Statements: Almost half of FTSE 100 companies have made retrospective changes to their annual sustainability reports amid demands for more reliable metrics and evolving standards, Deloitte research found, according to EcoTextile News.
3. Vatican Initiative: Pope Leo will open a new Vatican-run ecological training center in the Italian countryside on September 5, in an initiative Catholic officials say is meant to encourage world leaders to address global climate change, Reuters reported.
