1. Partnership - Circular IT Services: Virgin Media O2’s UK data center sites has tapped Network 2 Supplies (n2s) and NTT Data for circular IT services -- including decommissioning services. 2. Retiring - IT Services: After nearly 30 years at Wipro, Senior VP Sunita Rebecca Cherian is retiring. Her executive leadership roles at Wipro spanned HR, sustainability, sales and more.

3. Executive Update - FInancial Services: Hotung Investment Holdings Limited has named Chien-Kuo Fang as chief sustainability officer (CSO). He will oversee the group's sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) matters, the investment firm said. Hotung CFO Hsieh-Ho Chen previously oversaw the CSO function. Lawsuit - Elon Musk vs OpenAI: A federal judge indicated a jury will be allowed to decide whether OpenAI hoodwinked co-founder Elon Musk during its evolution from a nonprofit research lab into a capitalistic enterprise now valued at $500 billion, SeekingAlpha reported. 1. M&A - Environmental Services: Blackstone Energy Transition Partners has acquired Alliance Technical Group (ATG), a provider of environmental testing, monitoring and compliance services. The seller was Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ATG, founded in 2000, has more than 2,200 employees across the United States and Canada.

1. United States - More Climate Exits: President Trump extended the U.S. retreat from global cooperation on climate action by signaling a withdrawal from flagship international organizations, including the main United Nations and scientific bodies focused on the issue, Bloomberg reported.
