2. Investment: MIZUHO Bank is buying a minority equity stake in climate change investment and advisory firm Pollination Group for US$20 million, BusinessTimes reported.
3. Private Equity - EV Charging: Axxeltrova Capital will help Blink Charging to fund EV charger network expansion in Europe. Blink is seeking £100 million for the effort. We don't know how much money Axxeltrova Capital will contribute to the initiative.
4. M&A - Carbon Accounting Solutions: Normative of Stockholm has acquired carbon accounting solution provider Eivee of Denmark. The goal: Expand sustainability accounting services from the Nordics to all of Europe. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
