1. M&A - Management Buyout: Learnd Ltd. has undergone a management buyout valued at EUR 48.5 million. The company specializes in building management systems that align with net-zero strategies.

1. United States - Renewable Energy: President Donald Trump’s dismissal of climate change and attacks on renewable energy won’t significantly curb demand for clean power in the US, where AI will further accelerate the shift to cheap, low-carbon energy, according to Fortescue, Bloomberg reported.

2. United States - California EV Charger Networks: The state now has more than 200,000 public EV charger ports. More than 800,000 EV chargers are installed in single family homes, the state estimated.

3. United States - Massachusetts: The City of Cambridge is preparing for new greenhouse gas emissions reduction requirements for large buildings. The requirements begin in January 2026.
