3. Partnership - IT Consulting and ESG Software: Sattva Consulting and SaaS platform provider StepChange are partnering to assist India companies with ESG data efforts tied to Net Zero targets, the companies said.
4. Partnership - Smart Phones: SHIFT plans to integrate Thales’s eSIM technology into SHIFT’s next-generation modular smartphones. The eSIM is made from recycled plastic sourced from discarded refrigerators, the companies said.
5. Wells Fargo Abandons Net Zero: Wells Fargo became the first major U.S. bank to announce it will abandon its commitment to achieve net-zero financed emissions by 2050, Sierra Club reported.
6. Executive Leadership - Real Estate Data: Measurabl has hired Evora Global veteran Aislinn McCarry as director of EMEA.
7. CEO Exit, Business for Sale?: Green Plains President and CEO Todd Becker exited the company on March 1. The move comes as Green Plains strives to cut cost and improve its financial footing. An executive committee will temporarily lead the company while the board seeks a new CEO. The Ethanol giant may be up for sale amid financial challenges, Bloomberg reported.
8. Solar Implosion?: Sunnova Energy reported a larger than expected loss and issuing a warning about its working capital, saying it is "not sufficient to meet obligations and fund operations," SeekingAlpha reported.
9. Amazon Alexa Leveraging Anthropic AI?: Anthropic’s Claude large language model powers the majority of complex tasks for Amazon’s new Alexa+, sources told CNBC, but Amazon denied the report.
10. OpenAI Hurdles: OpenAI's GPT-4.5 release is facing performance question marks, Ars Technica reported.

1. M&A - IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Services: EGO Technology has acquired Ucan Secure IT. The deal reinforces EGO's focus on sustainable IT asset disposal and rare earth metal recovery for United Kingdom customers. Growth Lending Group financed the deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.
