List: 75 Technology Accelerators for Sustainability, Green IT and Climate Tech Startups

Here are accelerators 71-74:

71. Wells Fargo Innovation Incubator (IN²): As of August 2024, this was a $50 million clean technology program funded by the Wells Fargo Foundation and co-administered by the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL).

• The program selected 10 organizations in August 2024 to participate in the inaugural cohort of the new Scalable Tech Track program for cleantech adoption. Moreover, IN² as of that time was accepting applications from cleantech startups ready for large-scale pilots with at least one year of post-revenue traction.
• The program in November 2024 selected three startups for its next cohort in the Emerging Tech Track. The startups are Blip Energy of Chicago, Illinois; Evercloak of Ontario, Canada; and Transaera of Somerville, Massachusetts.

72. Ycombinator ClimateTech: The accelerator of of February 2024 has funded more than 100 climate tech startups, and together they are worth over $10 billion. Startups in this accelerator typically focus on such areas as Energy Related, Science Required, Climate Adaptation, Green Fintech, and Carbon Accounting & Offsets.

73. YouWeb IV: This is a climate change and carbon management incubator. Companies in the incubator include Equatic, Heirloom and CarbonBuilt.

74. ZEBOX: This international accelerator, backed by 14 major corporations, will showcase 10 decarbonization startups at the CES 2025 conference in Las Vegas.

75. Zero: The fourth edition of this clean tech accelerator, backed by CDP Venture Capital, launched in December 2024. Key backers of the accelerator include ENI, Acea, Marie Tecnimont and Microsoft Italia.
