1. United States - Government Agencies: Roughly 62% of U.S. government agencies plan to explore solar energy and artificial intelligence to achieve sustainability goals in the next 12 to 24 months, according to the Deloitte 2024 U.S. public sector CxO sustainability survey.
2. European Union - ESG Regulations: Keep an eye on the  the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and these potential CSDDD implications for businesses of all sizes, as explained by consulting firm ERM.

United Kingdom - Greenwashing Warning: Firms operating in the UK are being advised to go through any products and services around which some sort of sustainability claim has been made, to ensure they’re not in the crosshairs of a UK greenwashing crackdown that’s due to take effect at the end of next month, Bloomberg reported. The Financial Conduct Authority’s plan to move ahead with anti-greenwashing rules has far-reaching implications for British businesses, and leaves them with only limited time to shield themselves from potential regulatory action, the report said.
