2. SEC Climate Rule Concerns: The SEC's failure to complete a climate disclosure policy in 2023 is making environmental activists nervous, Bloomberg reported.
3. Electric Vehicles - Shipment Figures: Fisker grew deliveries by over 300% from Q3 to Q4, and total deliveries are approximately 4,700 -- with the majority being Fisker Ocean One launch edition vehicles priced at $68,999 USD, the EV company said. Fisker's stock plummeted in mid-November 2023 after the company slashed its EV production targets.
4. Electric Vehicles - Stock Delisting?: Faraday Future Intelligent Electric could have its stock delisted from the Nasdaq exchange if shares don't meet minimum closing requirements by June 2024, Reuters noted.

1. Funding: EcoRatings has raised pre-seed funding from EvolveX, a startup accelerator program by We Founder Circle. EcoRatings provides consumers with numeric sustainability ratings based on the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Goals Framework. Financial terns of the investment were not disclosed.
