1. M&A - Data Center Investor: Softbank Group is set to acquire Digital Bridge, a private equity firm that invests in data center assets, Bloomberg reported. Digital Bridge's stock rose sharply ahead of the M&A news, and trading in the company was halted on December 29. The Digital Bridge portfolio includes digital infrastructure operators such as AIMS, AtlasEdge, DataBank, Switch, Vantage Data Centers and Yondr Group, Bloomberg noted.
