1. Executive Leadership - Incubator: ClimateHaven, a climate tech incubator in Connecticut, has hired Justine Lee as CEO.
2. Apple Watches: Customers can now "choose a carbon-neutral option of any Apple Watch," CEO Tim Cook said during Apple's Q4 2024 earnings call. The statement surfaced roughly one year after Apple introduced its first carbon-neutral watch in September 2023 -- though the claim involves Apple purchasing various carbon offsets. 4. Partnership - Recycling Technology: Circular Solutions Advisors (CSA) and Plastiks are partnering to promote blockchain technology as a way to more effectively track recycling data.
5. Partnership - EV Charging Network: German power provider RWE signed a 15-year power purchase agreement with electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian. Translation: RWE will supply electricity to Rivian's EV charger network. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
6. Power Management: Eaton's stock fell nearly 5% after the power management company announced revenues that were slightly less than expected. Still, CEO Craig Arnold expressed optimism business optimism.

1. Accelerator: The ninth DeltaClimeVT energy and climate business accelerator program is accepting applications through January 27, 2025. Cohort members will be announced February 11, 2025.
2. Funding: Andium, a provider of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) remote-field monitoring and communications technologies, has raised $21.7 million in Series B funding. Aramco Ventures led the round. Andium's platform tracks emissions data from energy networks, mining systems and more.
3. M&A - Solar Power: Assan Alüminyum has acquired a solar power plant in Karaman, Turkey. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
