1. Leadership - Consulting: Anthesis Group has hired EY veteran Matthew Bell as group chief executive officer. Bell will officially succeed Anthesis co-founder Stuart McLachlan as CEO on December 1, 2025. McLachlan will remain on the board of directors.

3. Managed Energy Services: Vetri Engineers of India has launched Vetri Energy Management Services for textile mill clientele. Additional vertical market support is planned.
