1. Channel Chief: Alchemy, a global circular technology company, has hired John Doughty as senior VP of global partnerships. Doughty previously held key posts at numerous IT services and mobile companies -- such as TD Synnex, Exertis, Brightstar, LucidCX, and Tech 21. Alchemy's global refurbished tech trading platform, Callisto, serves more than 3,000 wholesaler buyers and sellers globally, the company said in February 2025. Overall, Callisto has "facilitated the sale of used, refurbished and like-new tech amounting to $1.6 billion in GMV (Gross Merchandise Value0 since April 2019," Alchemy noted in February 2025.
2. Partnership: Clearloop and Microsoft announced a new agreement to deploy up to 100 megawatts (MWAC) of renewable energy projects over the next three years in historically underinvested communities, the companies said.
3. Home Power Management: Schneider Electric has unveiled a Smart Power Manager feature to improve energy management in homes.
